That's not a threat, but I someone who was formerly a millionaire but got COPD, couldn't work, lost a lawsuit, and lost his support structure (somehow). Basically everyone choosing to be on the streets is probably an addict and I don't really want to help keep them that way by giving them money. I buy extra food for them when I get lunch sometimes but I'm not giving them cash anymore.
