She is good but restrictive due to her passive only allowing hydro and dendro characters in order to use her gimmick, Bountiful Cores (BCs, blooms that explode instantly instead of detonating after awhile). Her best team is DMC/Collei/Kokomi and there aren't many alternatives since there aren't many dendros currently. Nahida should be a good buff for her team though. Her team's single target is meh but she works really well against groups of enemies that follow you and aren't spread out a lot, where the AoE of her BCs is an asset.
