No it's not. Arizona is fucking hot as hell 90% of the year and is filled with idiot racists with a barely grade level education who think they know everything.

So dark and gloomy in New York too. Already not much sunshine and buildings make it even darker. Bunch of rude people walking around that hate life and everyone in it. What a shit hole that place is. Almost any major city is better than New York by a land slide. You couldnt pay me to live in that dump and even if you did I still probably couldn't afford it.

When I lived in Mesa the cops would grill me just for crossing the street and such. Why be antagonistic towards the people youre sworn to protect and serve?

With the new lightrail / renovation nonsense they're doing at the old Metro Center mall, the homeless population near my house went from some people panhandling on the corners to shanty towns. I live next to an elementary school and a park, so there are cops patrolling and shuffling the homeless along, but I'm not sure how long they'll keep doing that.

Yeah, NYC is a dump in most areas but most of NYS proper is affordable and clean. Can get a huge house with acreage in the rural areas for less than $200k still.

Yeah just cost of living. I own a house and if I sell it I can't buy another one because housing costs are so much. I'm just planning to isolate here and kind of get my house set up so I don't have to go out that much.
