When fighting one of the dragons in optional Vanaheim, Freya was on the ladder the entire time and never came up. She's still screaming what the dragon was doing to warn me, and I'm just like "bitch, you are doing literally nothing in this fight anyway.

i wrapped up the main story and attended Brok's funeral afterwards. still got a fair amount of side content to explore but since i have other shit to play, Im gonna take a break for now.

after all, i've been playing this game non-stop and nothing else for a couple of weeks... got around 50 hours total. lol

After beating the game, I realized that you get entirely different dialogue for clearing side content in the post-game. Try freeing the second octopus creature before beating the game to get a very touching scene that you'll miss out on if you just clear it with Freya.

I just started playing over the weekend and Ive been hooked. Im in Vanaheim with Freya now. Havent had a game capture my interest like this in what feels like a long while. Its nice that Im pretty much on vacation from work for the month and my kid is in daycare now. I can actually focus on playing.

How far am i guys. I just made it to asgard.

Just finished this game. Fantastic.

Loved the Tyr twist. I like how the game sort of ends up being an anti-God of War 2/3 with how it all plays out.

I can't be bothered clearing up the post game but reading the stuff they did include in it is pretty bonkers. A lot of attention to detail.

I wonder where they go from here. Kratos seems to have a pretty good ending but he'll always be the face of the franchise. Atreus seems likely but would they still call of God of War? Thrud would make for a wicked standalone DLC for Ragnarok too.

Yeah got the black screen and rescued Tyr,checked out the giant realm and finished there. I thought about clearing the Asgard debris but now that I looked up the other little events online I think I'm fine stopping here. Already did stuff like The Crater and basically all realm specific favors before finishing.
