It sounds bizarre to admit. But a part of me feels like I regret having a PoS dad that I tried hard not to emulate.

So I tried to never sexualize women. Or comment on their bodies. Or try to engage in casual sex, etc.

Growing up, I tried being a good guy. But now that Im in my late 20s, Im starting to lust for women and I actually feel bad about it. Because I cant shake the belief that viewing women for personal pleasure is bad.

Even my first girlfriend. When wed sleep together, itd be a Well, Ig she wants this now kinda thing.

I just wish I.. cared about fucking around more when I was younger.

I have some unhealthy views that ironically wrap back around to misogyny. Like, I only want to sleep with someone I love. But the act of sex isnt that amazing to me. But it feels objectifying to do.

I felt that way in my 20s and 30s while I was married. So when I got divorced at 30, I did spend some time just running around and having casual sex. Happy I did it so I know that it isn't a lifestyle I want long-term.

I have also struggled with weird guilt about sex. My previous gf and now my fiance have helped me a lot with that.

I've thought about this too, but the act of sex seems to draining for me to want and spread my seed around. So I never felt that I missed out on much.

Hook up culture is too much for me, but so is building a relationship. I think the ideal case would be a friend that's open to have sex with no pressure. If it happens it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't

Just ignore people who shame sexuality. They cause just as much damage as alleged fuckboys do.

It sounds like you've hit the entire opposite end of the horseshoe on this and don't view anyone (including yourself) as a person with need and wants. You might want to hash this out with a therapist, and maybe indulge in life a bit more.

I may just do this. I invited a friend of eight years over today.

And its only recently have I gotten this strong urge to have sex with her. And it pisses me off because thats not how I want to view her.

Sometimes ig. I started when I was 20 to build endurance. Even now, I mainly do it for endurance building and understanding how to control. I dont really envision anything? Just watch videos.

The only time I could have gotten sex was in my teens. Apparently some girls used to think I was attractive. I never noticed it in the moment but my parents used to point out some girl checking me out. It was always a girl I didn't know, on like a car trip or whatever. Like one time I remember they told me at a gas station

If I was more socially aware, and not autistic, I might have gotten lots of play in my teen years.

You have to just put yourself on the spot, even if you feel uncomfortable. Hopefully you'll adapt in time but you have to just try.
