The Republicans as I remember, were always not even paying attention during the impeachment hearings. They would read or listen to headphones

How can they say it was unjustified impeachment when they ignored all the hearings?

OJ was found not guilty too and looked how good that did him. Once the public has spoken, it has spoken. He'll forever be the twice impeached one term president and no amount of expunging will change that. Besides, how can the house expunge a procedure that was carried out in the senate? Impeachment isn't a unilateral process, it takes both. If the senate doesn't also vote to expunge, then what can the house do? Mccarthy couldn't even whip up the votes to become the majority leader, now he's expected to reach across chambers and get senators to vote for his bullshit too?
