Just saw two cars that turned on red today.

Depends on the traffic layout of the state/city. Right turns on red in New York City, for example, would be a disaster

Important if a right turn is blind to traffic. Stupid if not.

How do you feel about people turning on red?

Right turn on red is generally the default. That signage is the exception, and it's usually there for good reason.

It's only in select areas where I live, normally there isn't a sign and we can turn just fine.

Usually it's in a place where oncoming traffic isn't visible so it's understandable

When I'm driving my car, I like being able to turn on red. When I'm walking or riding my bike, I hate it since drivers typically only look for other vehicles, making it difficult to cross on a green light

The signs is usually there for a reason, so I wait until it goes green.

There is one near me that is awful, the turn is a slight diagonal and so Im not sure if it actually is taking about that turn.

Its an accident waiting to happen. Noticed at an intersection this morning actually..

So one car is waiting at the red.. another car comes along at speed and turns left not in the intersection but in the lane which would have a head on collision with any car that turned on a red.

After this car screams thru then the guy waiting turns right on a red anyway. The green light changes 3 seconds later .. he saved so much time in his day.
