PH has actually banned all deepfake vids. Even deepfake ads. So the guy lied about that to begin with. Regardless of its legality (which is grey at best) they've been pretty much universally seen as ethically wrong.

Well, considering the massive amount of necessary context you left out of your post, I'm forced to assume it's a 1:1 comparison: a colleague for whom you felt no sexual attraction was caught deeding to a fake porn of you, you found about it, and you were able to shrug it off with an 'lol, whatev.' Cool, good for you. People react to things differently. If its someone you know directly, Id definitely say its invasive and creepy. If its someone you dont know, its still weird but not as bad. As long as its a depiction of someone of legal age and it never goes beyond the walls of your bedroom, its ultimately a victimless fap, but I wouldnt feel good about it.
