it's what's called bacronym, where the term already exists and then someone makes an acronym out of it post-hoc

like "bae" is pretty clearly just a variation on "baby" or "babe" but at some point someone came up with the acronym "before all else"

This. I could ask every person I knew what the "acronym" stood for and everyone of them wouldn't know. Guaranteed.

It's also a shit acronym. "Pretty hot"? It literally sounds like someone trying to shoe horn an acronym into something that isn't. Also the fact that there are literally more than a half dozen "acronyms" for it should tell you there's something wrong with your reasoning.
