Fletcher Reeder in Liar, Liar. Really sort of quintessential Jim Carrey, there. The physical comedy, the improv, silly voices, even a surprising number of heartfelt dramatic moments in there that he manages to sell. It doesn't really stand out in any one direction, like The Mask or Eternal Sunshine, but it shows off his full spectrum pretty damn well. --- Haven't had a good sig idea since 2006 ...
