Yeah I'm not on board with that gotta say. Possible, sure? But We would need Ulti to be scum and be lynched for reasons completely independent of lea for me to even consider it.

As for the recent Ulti and Lea stuff, I still think Ulti is scum but how Lea responded came across a little suspicious to me as well. I dont know Lea well yet but Id like to think town Lea would brush it off with more humor at ultis expense. She was very serious. I dont remember who got interested in the whole sbell all 3 scum comment but I am interested to go back and see if those same people chimed in here.

Lea going hard on trying to incriminate Ulti rather than just kinda going "lol ok" seems like she was trying to convert a sacrifice by her scummate into town equity. I mean really the work was done. Me and SBell were driving that thing and could have been trusted to finish killing him dead I'm sure.

Ulti did say he shouldn't be lynched because was an "Uncountered doctor" at one point. I do not like that. That looks like an attempt to bait a doctor to counter. That seems like a dangerous thing for a real town jailkeeper to be saying.

Then again Ulti claimed he was bulletproof day 1 last game for reasons that make no sense as well so I cant fully say his decisions in regards to claiming should make sense

Yeah I noted that too, it just seemed like an odd thing to mention - Ulti knows everyone else is a lot more reticent to claim power.

He didnt have to say he was BP or doctor at all. I mean it still worked, because Scum shot him anyway. But would he have lived longer had he not claimed at all? He definitely wouldn't have lived shorter

And I think his dodging of Lea's questions looks intentional at the moment, just like his dodging of some players' suspicions when Sbell brought up work into the game.

I thought you were saying that it makes no sense that he claimed bp when he wasn't, not because he could have lived longer if he hadn't.

Reiterating I hate talking about activity but the police decided to shoot someone on the freeway here which closed the freeway and that is making my commute to work look like it will be...possibly infinite is the best way to describe it.

I completely agree with the feeling that he's on a few occasions suddenly decided on a direction on a whim. Even the initial claim of King felt like the timing was too random.

Looking back Ulti didnt even start fakeclaiming King until page 3, after folks already called him more serious than usual.

If this is his explanation that he naturally assumed Ulti is fake claiming, then damn that is a lot of confidence. If Death was one of the people already voting him or had said he would be voting Ulti if less people were already on him, then I'd have an easier time accepting it. I think it's a weird thing for Death to say whether Ulti is scum or town, because of the level of implied confidence in the state of the game.

Yes. I have a doubt or two. Does he think he can 1:1 Lea in that scenario? Because that is the only motivation behind making the play that he did. I don't think he was the lynch today if I'm being honest before he did that whole contradictory flavor thing

I will confess I didn't even realize I wrote it out that way consciously.
And that I probably should have been more clear by now that I do think Ulti is scum

I'm not entirely convinced he's scum, but that's about it, and if he flips town, there definitely needs to be some re-evaluating on who was vouching for them - and how loudly.

Thank you all for not flooding the topic since break, by the way. It's nice to get home and not lose the entire hour in catch-up.
