red pill ideologies are exactly like trumpism, pick up artists and "alpha male" advice.

They take a real concern or truthful problem (e.g. "china is trading unfairly with the US, illegal immigration is a problem" for trumpism, "we should share tips on how to approach women successfuly" for POAs, and "you should be a stronger, better man" for alpha male advice) and then use it as an excuse to build upon it and add all sorts of toxic, harmful and evil concepts (eg white supremacy for trumpism, hating women and seeing them as animals in the case of PUAs, hating women and trying to turn men into easily manipulable brutes in the case of "alpha male" advice). It's one of the main tactics of the alt-right

A woman under that same double standard, will be critisized.
