Firefox (with uBlock) is the only option, unless you're counting some derivative of Firefox.

Chrome and chromium based browsers will soon nerf ad blockers, as in this year.

I ran into a memory leak issue with Firefox on Windows years ago which is why I switched to Chrome for some time. Luckily that hasn't been a problem in recent years, though I don't use Windows anymore.

Firefox.

I have uBlock, Ad Block, An Ad Blocker for Youtube and Privacy Badger installed.

I see no ads anywhere.

Unlike crappy Chrome who is about to or already has done in disabling Ad Blockers.

Alrighty then I triple dog dare you to give me a browser better than Firefox,

Oh that's right it isn't Microsoft Edge as you cant do add-ons on that browser.

Oh thats right it isn't crap Chrome as they are about to do away with Ad Blockers because Google thinks it is right to surf the net without any safety and they want to go shove ads in your face everywhere.

I think I will stick to the browser that loves add-ons and cares about peoples safety in Firefox. The browser that the majority here use.

Firefox hides settings and makes it a maze to navigate through their interface. They're the worst for that.

You actually can, since it's based on Chromium now, so anything that works on Chrome works on Edge.

However, as mentioned, Google is about to make changes that will cripple the ability to AdBlock on Chromium-based browsers, including Edge.

Is there some kinda super private feature that blocks cookies, trackers, etc. that websites use to identify people in some kinda way? I will be getting a new phone soon and I need reddit to not know my past accounts. Can't have them make a connection between my new accounts I'll make on reddit with my new phone and my old accounts I used. I know IP address is one way they can find out so I'll be using only my phone's data/ip address on my new phone when on reddit

Well look forward to and enjoy all these viruses and pop-ups and advertisments galore since the clowns at Google think it is right that you should be browsing the net with no safety and security whatsoever.

Give me Firefox any day with it's built in security and add-ons.

Give me Firefox anyday with uBlock Origin, Ad Block, Ad Blocker for Youtube, Sponsor Block for Youtube and Privacy Badger.

Give me add free browsing anyday.

Same here. But I didn't know until now that it's also Chromium based so what happens with that in the near future will decide if I continue using it.

There's a couple extensions in Chrome that I haven't found a suitable replacement for in Firefox, though it's possible that there have been new or updated ones that would work since I've looked.

Besides that, Firefox is the only browser worth using.

I use Vivaldi on desktop which is great but I'll switch to Firefox when chromium-based browsers are infused with ads.

I use Brave on mobile, it's not great but works good enough, there's a few sites that I have issues with when using it (including gamefaqs).

Firefox is the best bet to survive. Possibly Vivaldi.
