It's a shame they battery life is the biggest issue with gaming handhelds now. I don't even know if the next Nintendo system will figure it out. Seems like they'd need to move away from x86 to improve but then game compatibility would suffer I assume. --- A Fallen Mascot ... Copied to Clipboard!

Just preordered mine. Have the 256gb Steam Deck and while it's been a real unit, more of the Ally appeals to me and not having to use hacky work-arounds for other game services, several of which I have tons of games on, seems like a blessing. I can ignore some of the jank described in the reviews easily cuz the Deck was... not great early on either. So I expect (or rather hope) that the Ally will scale accordingly. --- five, five, five, jack -five nobs ... Copied to Clipboard!
