Whether you go the original route where Danny dies, or the reboot-ish one where he seems to be brought back to life via dragon balls, or it was in an alternative universe where he is still alive, and well, but Roseanne is dead this time due to drug overdose. The fuck?

I never liked that show. Reminded me way too much of my own family.

I don't think any amount of apologizing will change public perception of her at this point, that ship sailed years ago

This only, Roseanne and Dan both made more sense and were more consistent than either of my parents.

The cast hate Barr's guts and only agreed to the revival as a favor to Sara Gilbert. Gilbert promised that she would be their go between so that they would only have to deal with Barr while filming. Barr even managed to have already burned bridges with DJs actor long before the revival. Gilbert was the only one who ever got along with Barr up until the revival. She said that she realized the only reason Barr never treated her like crap on the original set was because she was a child at the time.

How long did The Conners run for after Barr got kicked off? In fact, does she even have a career left, outside of alt rightest rallying behind her briefly I don't think anyone on the right likes her as a person.

For those who are too young to have watched it originally, the fact that it was a lower class, blue collar family sitcom was pretty different back in the 80s when the show started.

5 seasons. It's still ongoing though.

So it's on going, the cast likes each other and get to have a show be a sequel to the series that made their careers without Barr herself being present? Hahaha now that's a happy ending, i'm glad for them being successful with this show, I'll never watch it but good for them, that's not a slight, I just don't watch TV anymore I have one in my room I haven't even turned on in 2 years.

Yes, she's not doubled down, not tripled down, it's like.... millions down at this point. She's through the looking glass and the mirror has been smashed, no hope for her return to reality.

Still waiting for Jesco White to make his return!
