Elliot Page reveals in his new memoir, Pageboy, that an A-list actor once verbally assaulted him.

The incident occurred after the Juno star came out as gay in February 2014 but prior to his gender transition in December 2020.

Im going to fuck you to make you realize you arent gay,' Page claims the unnamed actor told him at a birthday party in Los Angeles in 2014, according to an excerpt of a chapter aptly titled Famous Asshat Party.

Not naming the perp is the smart move here. Not only would Elliot likely be sued for libel if he couldn't prove it, not only would he risk becoming a toxic asset for directors and producers afraid that he'll tell on shitty behaviour on their productions, not only might he be in conflict with an NDA if it happened on a set, but if the perp more popularity than him, there's a chance the public will crucify Elliot, and not the perp.
