A WT1 dungeon with 6 elites 2 of which are poison explosive ones all in a small room is kind of unfair.

I got one of those on T3 and I had to go so slow

Butcher killed me at level 27, but i beat him next time i saw him at like 52.

Im really enjoying the helltide activity and pvp actually seems like it might be a fun little time waster for a while once i get my character tuned better.

Just beat Act 5 and am at level 48, so this is working out pretty well to do the Capstone right after finishing the campaign.

I should probably get each region to the second rank though first, so that I can get to 9 potions.

I got to lvl 25 on my Necro in 6 hours

I discovered that while the minion necromancer build is really lackluster for endgame, its so horribly annoying in the pvp areas that people for the most part leave me alone if they recognize the fact that I can keep them frozen almost indefinitely.

I got to level 20 as a sorcerer, but I didn't think the class was for me, so I moved on to a druid.

we'll see how that goes.

He feels tougher than every story boss lol. I just beat him for the first time last night on WT3 with my Blood Surge Necro. The first time I encountered him in the game I thought I was being clever by abusing a ladder since he couldn't reach me, but he teleported out once he detected the cheese I guess. Second time I died when he popped his barrier at like 10% health and I felt like a scrub. Third time I saved an offensive Shrine and while I was luring him to it he just teleported away.

But then I finally stood my ground yesterday and he got demolished. It's kinda weird how after getting a couple of Sacred items and one relevant unique WT3 now feels easier than 2.

I failed my first try on the T2 capstone dungeon, gambled 2 wands and got 2 legendaries and gambled 3 sources and got 2 legendaries >_>

so I swapped weapons and moved a couple other pieces around and the dungeon was easy. Then I try t3 and my first two legendary drops were a sacred staff and a sacred wand

I think Ive used up all my luck now

Level 25 Rogue, just finished act 1.

Started out experimenting with a shotgun bow, swapped to a mobile frozen dagger build at some point.

But now I have a legendary crossbow that buffs the twisted dagger skill and a legendary amulet that gives you a damage buff when standing still seemed more like a bow thing but honestly Rogue doesnt seem like theyre supposed to stand still. Would be better on a sorc or necro I imagine.

Regardless I am trying a thing where I impale with the twisted dagger, then knock them away with arrows to create some space for the buff to work, all while standing still.

halfway to 63, 3/5 regions renown rewards complete. My HOTA barb is destroying everything like butter. I could probably try the capstone now but gonna hold off till i max the other two regions renown

Capstone boss kicked my ass at level 50. Kept getting him down to a third health. All the extra paragon points I am now getting will hopefully help once I go back

I tore Tier 3 Butcher to pieces and got a fantastic unique chest piece from him.

I'm a level 58 barb and I feel like my character is really in a good spot right now. Basically a dedicated shout WW barb that is always inflicting bleed and slow for damage boosts. Who knows how it'll hold up in later game.

Just purchased

finished renown rewards at level 64, and absolutely demolished the level 70 capstone dungeon. Moving on to tier 4!

Got to lvl 36 today. I can feel it getting more difficult.

I ran into him on my lvl 21 bow rogue and somehow got him to 10% but I ran out of potions. I feel like I can probably just face tank him on my sorc if I find him

Finally Tier 3 and I have gotten some huge damage output from my paragon points now

I swear to Christ theres no reaction time to the 2nd capstone dungeon boss poison attack. Cover 2/3 of the arena in an insta kill. Fuck you.

just hit 68, been grinding tier 21/22 nightmare dungeons. Probably gonna be the main thing to do from here on out. I still havent seen any world bosses yet. Once i gear up a bit more, i might try out some pvp a bit more. Might slow down a bit until season 1 starts up. But this game has been an addiction for two weeks straight

of course I get that legendary ability with all those garbage stats

you know you can take the legendary aspect off and put it on a different item right?

yeah but that one is drop only which means if I imprint it now it's gone until I get that drop again and it's almost a perfect roll

are people sure world tier (i and ii) doesn't affect item drop rates? because i turned the world tier down and it feels like the loot is worse

almost level 69! Just got a god tier 2 handed mace that will probably carry me the rest of the way. Feels good. Single handedly increases my dps by about 33%

Having a hard time figuring out how to play rogue.

I mean like there's so many good abilities with great synergy that it's so hard to stick to just 5. How tf are you supposed to do this

i'm using the poison trap/death trap/twisting blades build. khraze on youtube has the build i'm doing, which might not even be the optimal version of this build, but it's getting me through leveling for now. good synergy. poison traps knock down enemies, death trap does damage and gives you your cooldowns back, and twisting blades brings the death trap timer way down while also being your heaviest hitter.

This is very similar to what I'm doing now but I'm trying to do a marksman which doesn't have the CDR of twisting blades.

Is Necro supposed to be super squishy? Im getting like 2 shot by bosses if I get hit.

I beat my first world boss. Community destroyed it in about 20 seconds. I cant even open the legendary cache it dropped until im level 80 lol.

lol holy shit I got this legendary amulet that makes it so that you have no cooldown on poison trap while in stealth and the traps don't break stealth

farming renown tonight because I was still missing 4 skill points and 2 potion charges at lvl 53 >_>

I havent even played since I hit 52 forever ago because Im either working, looking after old people, or asleep

I like looking for stuff on my own so I've been looking for all of them blind which is probably gonna take me quite a while. I'm only at 23/28 for Fractured Peaks which is the highest out of the zones for me :/

Oh hey I just did that too. I only got on to do two more dungeons to max my renown in Scosglen but then I thought why not?

On an unrelated note my game just froze when I tried to enter my highest tier Nightmare Dungeon. If this wasted the Sigil just now I will be very sad ;_;

I believe you don't get a choice but the Dungeon name should be on the Sigil. I've just been using them to power up the Overpower Glyph for Necro(Dominate?) since I'm playing Blood Surge and have like 400% inc Overpower Damage or something. Just keep spamming all the lower tier one's you have until you get a Tier 3 Sigil, which I think is what you need to unlock the Sigil crafting option at the Enchanter.
