Well, I think Harden wanted to get out of there because he assumed things would be easier for him in Brooklyn but then nobody was ever healthy (including himself).

I mean, I think it's a tight race between Harden and Kyrie for most toxic superstar ever, but I think Harden gets the edge because he's done it to more teams at this point.

It is pretty much understood that kyrie not getting the vaccine and thus hurting the nets chances is why harden wanted out.

KD harden and kyrie were dominant whenever they shared the court. harden was very obviously sick of kyrie's bullshit.

houston's team turned into a dumpster fire, i don't really see how harden asking out could possibly be seen as toxic. he also showed up and balled until he was traded (unlike ben simmons or AD). he asked out of brooklyn because kyrie is garbage

he could just leave philly as a free agent, so i don't really see what is toxic about that.

sometimes players' careers just go poorly (in part due to their own decisions) but i don't think you can really fault harden for what he's done here

Harden doesn't just make a mess to get out of town. He gets coaches fired along the way. The Sixers essentially fired Doc in order to keep Harden and he's going to force them to trade him anyway.

Not like doc is great

He's not, but Harden basically made them choose him or Doc, they chose him, and he's bailing anyway

Kyrie is the clear winner here imo because of how much in shambles he left two of those franchises. Brooklyn was entirely his fault and they were forced to pivot on the fly back to how they originally were, which is fun but not contending. He p much screwed boston by leading them to believe he would re-sign there and then didn't.

Harden did the equivalent bad to houston that kyrie did to brooklyn, but his brooklyn tenure isn't as much his fault as it is kyrie's. TBD with philly but philly had a couple of years already and couldn't make it happen, not like he ducked at the literal first sign. It was always going to be something they were planning around, this wasn't a blindside move.

Suns making some early signing that I am very much a fan of, outside of losing Jock, but by all accounts Eubanks is an upgrade.

sure, but now they can get assets when some delusional team decides Dillon Brooks is the missing piece

It did change this year where if you arent at the floor for the full season, you dont get your share of the luxury tax payments or something like that

With Suns getting thier guy 10 years later, they've got everyone they could have gotten off my wishlist. Desipte the money limitations I'm confident in saying the Suns "won" free agency.

Now just stay healthy, and hope Vogel can reignite Ayton defensively.
