My girlfriend is 95 pounds and Im 187 pounds.

its actually kinda wild to think about. Last I checked I was around 140 (less, but maybe Ive gained weight since then). And Im like 6.

A gal friend of mine is 5'4" and 170 lbs with a sorta chubby body-type despite going to the gym 4 days a week, being a vegetarian and not drinking anything sugary. She's got naturally muscular thighs (like, they're pretty thicc even before she ever hit the gym) and big gazongas though. Definitely has that stubborn lower tummy fat that a lot of ladies struggle with though personally I think it's hot. I'm wondering if it's just the corn syrup in absolutely everything nowadays.

FYI to those of you saying you don't understand how a dudes waist size could be so big when youre wearing 34s:

Your pants size waist is not your actual measurement. They lie to you to make you feel better. Your actual measurement is like 2-6inches bigger.

Also average American is not same as average twenty year old. Being overweight is more common among older people. Also a healthy body weight changes as you get older. It doesnt change 50 pounds but skinny elderly people dont always have the reserves to last an illness.

Overweight for who? You realize theres no set number that once you go above it youre overweight right? It varies with your height and such?

What "lighter women" are you seeing that are 70lbs? That is literally dangerously underweight unless they're 8 years old lmao. They'd have to be 4'3 for 70lb to be in the minimum range of healthy weight
