Fit or flabby?


Do you have a six pack or a gut?
Do you work out regularly or veg out regularly?
Do you look good naked, or look gross naked?
If you went out in a bathing suit would people oggle you or make fun of you?
Do you eat healthy food, or do you eat a lot of processed "food products"?

I'm disabled and and almost 40 but I still pull it off. Hell, I can still fit into my 20 year old prom dress with no issues. I do an hour of cardio in VR every day, and lift weights in my home gym 4 times a week. Do you have a healthy routine? Or do you sit on your but shoveling garbage in your mouth all day?

I am perpetually bulking so I don't have a six pack but I'm like 235 lbs of mostly muscle at 6'3

I lift, bike, or play hockey pretty much every day of the week and on weekends I do two of the three on both days

I'd like to say I'm highly motivated but truth is I just have a lot of manic anxiety

Im by no means a big guy. 58 155 lbs last I weighed myself

I lift 5-6 days a week and now Im in a run club that does 5k equivalent runs every weekend

Id say Im fit. I still see myself as a tiny guy but other people have said I have a nice body

Not at all. 6'1" and thin but have a sorta beer belly going on due to alcohol abuse. I weight around 13 stone (182lbs). I walk daily and sometime hike but other than that don't get exercise. I also eat a lot of junk food.

Feeling good at the moment while it's mountain biking, ultimate frisbee, etc season. Counting calories a bit because I'm curious to see what a pretty fit 190 would feel like.

Muscle weighs more than fat. I find that focusing on weight isn't the best way to get fit unless you are fatso bongo butt, in which case losing weight is obviously the best way to start

Done the hundred day burpee challenge twice. Once during the early days of the pandemic and then again along w my normal strength training. (ok I also didnt make any major lift increases during that time).

thats 100 burpees a day. All at once for 100 days. No missed days.

Negatory, I am definitely out of shape, muscle and cardio wise. I actually did a very light workout yesterday, and i'll do one tomorrow, I don't wanna jump in heavy and fuck something up, did that before and sprained my anterior deltoid muscle. That took forever to heal.
