However, I have no idea where he stands on most issues, or how he would actually push if it comes down to it. According to Wikipedia (yeah I know) he's previously spoken at both the DNC and RNC, endorsed Obama and Biden and considers himself an independent. That doesn't tell me much at all. In contrast, AOC (as a politician) has outspoken views and more importantly, a voting record. We don't have to take her word on things, we can literally see how she acted. It helps that more often than not, she advocates for the positions that I hold. At time of writing, I feel far more confident that she would steer the country in the direction I would like to see than Johnson would. As a side note, not only do I think being stupid rich isn't a qualification on its own, I think it's generally a red flag for politics. The interests of the 1% are often at odds with the rest of us. It's one thing to ascend through your own hard work like the two mentioned here, it's another thing to be born with a silver spoon like Trump, who has proven he's both a shitty business person AND a shitty politician. --- Fan of metal?
