Not personally, but I've seen atheists online debating the pro-life position.

he was? did not know that. I am familiar with him. Was he like against abortion in all cases, what was his reasoning though?

yes my dad is atheist and anti abortion. He's libertarian so killing an unborn fetus violates the NAP in his view

I get where he's coming from in theory but ultimately being a libertarian and pro life means that you support bigger government cause how else is that enforced

I'm not pro choice or pro life, I'm pro abortion. Most your kids suck

Turns out I'm probably wrong. It was on the youtube channel Modern-Day Debate couple years ago. The one person I was thinking of is Kay Fellowz, but looking her up now it seems she's a pagan.

I remember watching an interview with him many many years ago where he said something like "how can you look at a fetus and not recognize it as a human life?" or something to that effect.

Presumably the usual "killing people is bad" that most pro-lifers use, which isn't really exclusive to religious people. The religious folk toss in some element of divine will and whatnot, but most people's personal morals pit them against killing people without needing that. The question then becomes a matter of what constitutes "people" (not my preferred approach to the issue, since that's fundamentally arbitrary and I'd prefer to avoid gatekeeping the concept whenever possible) and when it's acceptable to kill them (since everyone agrees that there are circumstances where using lethal force is justifiable).
