Yeah the difference is that Fast & Furious movies are 10 movies within a single franchise following the story of one main cast. They're supposed to be similar. Marvel movies are 32 movies and counting within a bunch of different sub-franchises following a whole bunch of stories of (generally) a whole bunch of different casts and characters. YET, they all feel similar. That isn't supposed to happen. It's like the when people say all of the Ubisoft games are the same and then someone comes out and says "Just like all of the Souls games are the same? Monster Hunter? Street Fighter?" Souls games by FromSoft are a genre in what amounts to a pseudofranchise. They're supposed to all feel familiar and carry over the same weapons in every game. Monster Hunter games and Street Fighter games are supposed to feel similar.
