- Please consider the loop point listed when judging the song; if a video loops one minute 5 times, don't treat it as if it's a repetitive 5 minute song
- If it's a match between your favorite song ever and a song you despise, still LISTEN TO BOTH! Votes can and will be disqualified if there is suspicion songs are not being listened to, and you may be discounted for the rest of the contest for repeat offenses.
- No alt accounts, no rallying or begging, etc., etc.... You only get one vote! Swapping votes is alright, just make clear that you've already made a vote and are swapping.
- Make clear what your voting options are! Please keep votes separate from any comments, and use the titles given in the topic post.
- Voting in all matches is not mandatory, feel free to skip matches you do not wish to vote in.
- Vote based on the links provided, and not other sources of audio. Links are specifically chosen for best quality and the like.

Both of these songs are not what i would have expected going in, but bracket is indeed a cruel mistress. in any case i will agree that both of our finalists are quite good. In any case, whoever wins this one i will be satisfied enough and have a more updated snapshot of what "the people"(tm) are interested in these days.

It has to be To Far Away Times. 17 years later and Chrono can still get there.

We ended up with my 5th and 6th favorite songs out of the retirees make it to the final, which I'd say is pretty good. Both songs here are pretty fantastic. Both go for different things, making them somewhat hard to compare, but it's hard for me to go against piano, violin, accordion, and a cool acoustic guitar solo. Great final. Thanks deo (and Tunnel) for hosting another great contest!

This would have been a harder match if it were specter vs un deux trois but alas.

the last specters theme

kind of a downer lately so i don't have anything grand to say. still a nice contest with some ups and downs as usual. many of these retirees are songs that i wouldn't choose, but they're all songs i enjoy to some degree (even if some are just a 7, or in the case of dancing mad, something i like more for it's ambition than as something i like to listen to). the last specter's theme is one of the few that i really do feel good about as a champion though.
