Yeah pretty much all of them. One in particular stands at the door to our complex (right underneath my window) at like 3am and snorts, farts and burps while watching YouTube videos on his phone.

Nope.

Best they'll get from me is a neighborly wave or nod as we cross paths on our commutes. We do call each other if we see strange vehicles park or jump our fences near or on our territory lines, but that's pretty much the extent of our relationship.

Everyone respects their boundaries.

Perfect neighbors, imo.

There's a high school kid across the street who has no muffler on his car, so when he leaves for school at 6:30am, he wakes up the entire neighborhood.

Several racist/MAGA's

Another neighbor who doesn't take care of his lawn and his weeds have spread to four other peoples' lawns

People who set of fireworks on non-holidays

People with garages full of junk so they end up parking on the street, making it essentially a one-way street. School buses refuse to come down our street because it's so narrow.

I could go on

Yeah now that you mention that, I do see that a lot, with many people. Her, with 15 arguments none of which were logical. Have seen that before. Every single person on earth could tell them their argument makes no sense , but they still wouldn't concede. Very frustrating. It's like they're incapable of being wrong. But , they expect others to admit when they're wrong.

My first night here at my new place, I'd mistakenly parked in the wrong spot. I wasn't told beforehand which spots were ours, so I just parked in the one nearest my place. My neighbor, who shall henceforth be referred to as Fuckface, could have done the reasonable thing, ie, knocked on my door, left a note, or somehow got in touch with me to let me know that I'd taken his space (I learned later that he has two and doesn't use them both, in fact, he parks in between the lines where his two spots are).

Instead, Fuckface had me towed. $300 down the drain for some petty shit. Welcome to the neighborhood, bitch.

Nah, they're all fine. Never had any issues.

The elderly couple next door are radical socialists. Whenever they post political stuff on the neighbourhood WhatsApp, the guy up the road asks them politely not to. They ignore him.

That's about as dramatic as it gets.

I had a neighbor once who, on the day I moved in, knocked on my door. He didn't say "Hi", he didn't introduce himself, he just said "that strip of grass next to your driveway is yours, I ain't mowing it."

My driveway was all the way on the left side of my property, but according to the letter of the law, both the driveway (and the fence in the backyard) were actually two feet in from the property line. It was literally one mower-width wide. But for three years, that neighbor fucking REFUSED to mow that strip of grass. It literally required me to go into HIS backyard to mow it (since it was on his side of a 6 foot fence.

Complete and utter pettiness

No, I can't say that I do.
They are always home, which can be annoying.
One couple doesn't seem to know they have a back yard....the children can be charming, but sometimes it gets annoying.

I really don't talk to them, and had an whole issue with a tree a few years back.

But all in all they put up with me. I might not be the best neighbor but I the best worst neighbor.
My yard can get over grown, but that is an American issue to care too much about.

Either way, I live on the street for decades longer than anyone, and in fact have been in pretty much every house on the street at one time or another. Plus my Grandfather built the house two doors down.
~I have enough cred. not to care what anyone thinks.

People just seem to care too much about grass..

Oh, I should say the lady across the street thought I was from Vermont, which I take as a compliment.
She's actually really cool, as in my people's kitty corner to me.

But ya, I for one don't care what lenth someone's lawn is at.
And anyway, I am starting to swap out the grass in the front with ground cover.
I have a tree that will not allow any type of grass to grow. It's like a tree of life-looking tree.

Fortunately I don't know them. I live a few miles out of town, closer to the mountains. There's not many people that live out this way. There's a group of maybe 5-6 small homes about a mile closer to town. Then maybe 4 around the curve about half a mile the other way further out of town.

I wouldn't recognize any of them if I saw them. I have no idea who lives in any of those. So, no problems either, which is good. We get our privacy and everything is good.

No, I'm on the Western end of VA, West Virginia is only about a 30 minute drive from here. Very rural, lots and lots of nature. Not much else.

Actually, the mountain im closest to has a tower on top. Supposedly at the top you can see 4 states, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Carolina. It doesn't take long to cross state lines from where I am.

It's a surprisingly small town considering interstate 81 runs right through it. There's just no reason for anyone to stop except to get gas.

Just one to our right side, they always put stupid mexican music at the highest volume ever, all while screaming and getting drunk every weekend, all the while smoking drugs.

I've always hated mexican music since for whatever reason they always have to put that horrendous trash music for everyone to hear at max volume, you go to a store to buy fruits or whatever? Mexican music super high volume. Hell, in my previous job, usually on saturdays since it was calm, they would put music at max volume, like, why?

One of my neighbors who lives one street over from mine set off fireworks on Independence Day from 9pm until 1am. Couldn't get but a half-hour of sleep and I had to get ready for work at 6am. His dog also had come wandering around my backyard several different times before that, and at some other point his kids came directly up to my window one day, pressed their faces against the screen, and peered into my house for a while.

I'm pretty sure he's a fairly new neighbor because I hadn't heard anything from him before like, April this year and I've been living here for over 4 years now.

Not really. I live in a four apartment building, two downstairs and two upstairs. I live in a downstairs apartment next to an elderly couple who are nice and quiet. In both apartments above there are single moms and their kids. Other than that they couldn't be more different. One is a professional woman, highly active and always taking her kids out, skiing, boating, anything outdoors. The woman above me though has two kids, a sixteen year old and a 1 year old. She will sit at the top of the stairs and talk to me while wearing a robe with nothing underneath.
