Well, what do you know, Armadillo continues to sound good. Haven't heard all of Aoki's material, but he does a good performance here. I can live with this, it's not going the extra mile but it supplies what it needs to supply. This other is pretty good, I like that brass intro and the latter guitar solo is also baller. This impressed me, good job. Mijinion fo today.

Ohh, I really like this melody, sounds very hopeful. Instrumentation doesn't hold it back either, in fact, all works pretty well. Very good stuff here. Meanwhile, boy Dark Man is such a good song. I like the Proto Man whistle in the intro and the instrument variety is pretty good. The brass section sounds really epic too, it's my favorite part. I think this remix caught my attention decently while researching the game, and even during nominations. Yeah, I think even with ZX's big efforts I'll still take Dark Man. But what a close match!

I'm not really into this Armored Armadillo arrangement but I also don't like Infinity Mijinion very much. Weak match for me.

I love the Mega Man ZX soundtrack, and Sky High is no exception. Really terrific melody. Dark Man Stage is cool too, a really great arrangement of a song I really don't like very much from what's probably my favorite Classic soundtrack. Complicated!

The sheer power and energy behind this arrangement is so kickass. Enough added to not feel repetitive, but still faithful all things considered. Not that I'm all too fussed about that... This album is definitely a welcomed surprise.

Love this flea man's theme too. I'm tickled by the intro, feels like some kind of fanfare that would play at a stadium before the Big Game begins. Big sound that does well to hold my attention.

Not really into this one that much. Feel like it's a song where I could really get into an arrangement of instead. Seems like per the usual with Mega Man and me >> The intro is really nice though!

Yeah this fucking whistle rocks. Love how thrilling this remix is. I'm mostly hit or miss with Smash remixes (though there's few I outright dislike), but this is 100% one of the few standouts from Mega Man. This is so fun.

this armored armadillo remix is overall really good but it has a few touches i dont really like
i didnt really expect to prefer infinity mijinion but there's just something about it that i really like, despite absolutely feeling like i should prefer armored armadillo
dark man has potential melodically but sounds a bit weird instrumentally

Stuff like the Armored Armadillo Mix shows why these songs should be short. Everything they do with the song here is good, but it gets more repetitive due to being stretched out. This match is tough, because while AA is way better in terms of instrumentation, melody, etc., it doesn't feel like a well put together song, which Infinity Mijinion does.

Why does Sky High sound so bad? Surely the DS's sound chip was better than this. Dark Man Mix is much more cohesive than AA Mix, despite combining more songs. I don't love the melody here, but it's enjoyable to listen to.

Man, Match 2 is not very kind, it's much closer than I thought. I'd easily take both songs from that over Match 1 any day.
