My hometown (Canada, but still) has had several knife attacks this year. Pretty much all of them have been random attacks by people with addiction issues. That doesn't change the fact that this is a dumb Fox segment, but there is actual issues. Yea but the actual underlying disagreement here is how to fix the problem. I dont think anyone in that video literally thinks that homelessness and drug addiction aren't a problem. Their answer is to just throw them in prison, which makes their lives harder if they make it out.
