Been a little addicted to it lately, and am now over the honeymoon phase. It literally is just everyone calling everyone the worst human beings on the planet, as well as just shouting whatever awful opinions they have to get engagements.

It's like a more toxic version of this board.

Twitter is only good for artwork and porn.

And the former may no longer be a thing if that whole "We can legally use your art to train our AIs" thing went through.

Ive heard of this thing called X that has blue checkmarks to let you know the content is verified or something. You should try that forum.

I mostly use Twitter for art and every time find an artist I like on Twitter now, I immediately try to find them on Bluesky instead

I use twitter mostly to follow historians like Roel Konijnendijk, it's a good platform to learn about history if you filter all the rubbish out.
