I turned 34 a few days ago and I'm still thin. Feel as fit as I did 15 years ago.

Age 35 (of 60). Every day that passes is just another reminder of how much of a waste its been.

I believe. I have zero back pain, or any aches or pains, at 38. I sometimes had a sore back in my teens and early 20s due to physical weakness but that went away with basic calisthenics.

I'm 42. I definitely feel the decline. It would be nice if humans lasted longer.

Thats the upper limit to my life. Its a rough estimate, but its around that time the last things I have in life (family) will die. At that point I wont have any reason to remain alive. Plus Id get to skip the burden of old age.

I'm 41 and I hate it. I turned 41 back in March and I still catch myself referring to my age as 40 sometimes as if my subconscious vehemently refuses to accept that I can get any older than that

My 30s have been the best years of my life, emotionally anyway. Physically not as much, but I don't really care about my physical self as much.

Mindset is different, body feels the miles but i can still do what i used to do.

Trying to skip on a good night sleep seems to kick my ass more that it used to.

37 and I feel great, best shape of my life despite being FAT.

For better or worse Im used to never getting a proper sleep. Long term (suspected) sleep apnea will do that.

Im 36 and my back is absolutely fine.

My biggest problem is arthritis in my right foot following a nasty break.

Generally though, I don't have a lot to complain about. Getting older has been good.

My right pinkie finger (well, the knuckle) still aches daily after breaking it. That shit never truly goes away.

32 now and i've been regularly bleeding out of my ass for a good 10 years. if it's cancer, it's taking the scenic route

After a devastating breakup in my late 20s, these early 30s feel pretty good actually. Got my strength and health back, life back in order.

Creeping on 50, and falling apart.
My dad is 70+ and in better shape than me, somehow.

Alexander the Great died younger than I am now. Makes me think at how little I've done with my life.

I was born in 1975, and saw almost all of videogames, and the entirety of the internet. I came of age in 1993, when the world wide web began. I may have made part of it, in college.

Ive had a lot of breaks but very few of them give me serious bother.

I am 46, and while I have some minor issues with aches, it isn't too bad. I remain active and social and have a generally good life.

Except right now, as I woke up after 4 hours of sleep and am struggling to fall back to sleep. Hanging out in the living toom to hopefully reset myself.

I feel about the same as I did before, maybe a little smarter.

The older I get, the more cynical and nihilistic I get.

Feels fine honestly. Im pretty much the same now as I was 5 - 10 years ago

weird skin and intestinal shit happens all the time for me. "it's nothing" so far, but some day...
Both grandads died of cancer, and one of them had seven cancers at once.

It seems to come for most of us at some point now, and I know Im not immune just because I had it before. However, the experience, and the life Ive led since, did make me significantly more at peace with the prospect of dying.

38, not too much to complain about. Minor Aches and pains, taking a little longer to heal on my bumps and bruises, and my brain seems to not be as sharp as it once was.
Hangovers take two days to recover from, so I don't party nearly as hard as I used to.
Sleep is the biggest one. If I don't get good sleep, I'll feel that shit all day.

There's a lot more stupid aches, pains, and random physical events that didn't seem to pop up before. I'll add that the first real notions of mortality are becoming more apparent. Not so much from my own body but from the loss of so many people and pets along the way.

Eventually, you'll just wake up one day and realizing you're building yourself toward nothing, because no matter how much you've paid down your house, or how nice it looks, or how fit you are, or how much money you have, it exists only for people in the future who are also building themselves toward nothing.

For normal people it's mostly okay.

I turn 47 a month from today. When I get up in the morning and hear "snap, crackle, pop", it's not the cereal anymore.....

I feel like I recover more slowly from getting hurt. I crashed my bike three weeks ago and Im still nowhere close to 100%. Back in my twenties, I would have already forgotten about wiping out

edit- I just turned 35

I feel better now than I did in my 20s. Dropping over 200lbs and having an active job does wonders for my underlying health. Only meds I'm on are anti-anxiety.
