My dad's cousin used to at least seem normal, if kind of quiet, but around the time of the 2016 election he became a conspiracy theorist, QAnon enthusiast, and Trump cultist.

He's now incapable of having any conversation that doesn't revolve around Trump or his own bizarre conspiracy theorist beliefs. It's his whole identity now.

There are plenty of Trump nutters. It seems like him being president brought them all crawling out of the woodwork.

Conspiracy theories are SO popular now, for maybe the last 7 or 8 years.

My uncle. He has an explosive temper (I suspect bipolar) and has often curses out multiple members of the family for inane bullshit. Like one time he didn't feel like my cousin (his niece) addressed him with enough respect, so he flipped out on her. Screaming at her, getting all in her face and threatening to go get his gun to shoot her... Imagine a 50 year old man threatening to shoot his 20 something year old niece over a perceived slight...

It's at the point not where my family avoids getting together for the holidays because we know he'll show up and inevitably lose his shit over something stupid.

But no, he's never turned his outbursts at me directly. Although he did flip out on my mom and my grandmother once and name dropped me. I'm like wtf did I do? Lol

I have a cousin who is a paranoid delusional schizophrenic, but she's actually really quiet and cool. Never done anything to hurt me. She takes her meds religiously and stays on the straight and narrow.

Her sister is a Born Again, but so loving, warm, and accepting, that I wonder how she found that religion to begin with. Her husband is rather the same way. All her kids have pretty much rejected religion too, and about half of them (she had 6) are queer. Yet, they're all pretty happy and very liberal.

My cousin is a bit off, but compared to other stories, she seems within reason.

The last thing I heard about one of my brothers was he was going back to prison for stabbing a policeman with a pair of garden shears. He was always massively unstable and violent, as was my mother. My father was more predictable, but also completely psychopathic.

Not my family, but I've seen one particular person that needs help.

They've been posting fabricated nonsense, for years, about all the people they fuck. I've heard they're really just a shut in virgin living with their parents. And that they're like, 40.

Nobody believes their stories, but they won't shut the fuck up. It's really concerning behavior.

Sister hears things not there, thinks people are banging on her door, and when she hears what didn't actually happen, she copies it. On top of that she has episodes where she rants to herself for literal hours.
