While I wouldn't call it a "big song," there's that "Fiddle About" song on The Who's Tommy album, which is all about Tommy's Uncle Ernie molesting him because Tommy's deaf and blind and can't do anything about it.

It's nowhere near as famous as the example provided in the OP, but there's a Dutch band called De Heideroosjes that was quite big on the European punk scene which had a song about people ignoring child molestation because it's inconvenient to acknowledge its existence.

I don't think I can even post the title without getting modded >_>
When I was 15 years old my dad discovered the track among my downloads and berated me for downloading disturbing porn on his computer. Had to explain to him multiple times that not only was it just a song, but a song from a band known to sing sarcastically about social issues in order to draw attention to them.
