I'm not sure how long it is exactly, but the Arrowhead was a Star Wars fighter ship that was was essentially a giant lightsaber.
Giant force users also had appropriately giant lightsabers.
Lore wise the biggest hurdles that limit a saber's overall length are finding a kyber crystal big enough to act as a focusing lens and the inherit dangers of cutting a crystal that big (they have a bad tendency of absorbing too much force energy and exploding if damaged), and the weight and size of the power reactor.
