A certain song off the White Album is arguably more relevant in Current Year America than it ever was before (though you have to take the lyrics literally).

It is still just as relevant at making me want to try a bit of whatever they were on when they animated this.

Yes, their music still holds up. Most of it is good shit. I try to forget that a few songs exist, but the same can be said about every band.

I mean, Hey, Jude (not TECHNICALLY Beatles, but still), Elanor Rigby, Yesterday, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, and basically the entirety of the Sgt. Peppers album are timeless classics. Hell, I even hear my Gen Z cousins listening to them, so they got to have staying power.

(Also, I will forever plug Rocky Raccoon as my favorite Beatles song)

Yep. There isn't a moment in time on this planet where a Beatles song is not being played somewhere by someone.
Probably has been the case since 1964.

Shit, I voted "No".

I think their music should be listened to by more people. It's nice and chill.

Yes, they remain a cornerstone of modern music and the first real mainstream delve into experimentalism (not saying the first to ever do it, but the first popular band to do so and retain their popularity).

I think they tend to get overlauded, but they were a damn good band that cast a massive shadow across modern rock music.

Considering they basically invented muti-tracking I would say that alone affects what is done...actually overdone nowadays.

Not to mention the popularization of the idea of an LP over a single.
Effectively invented the idea of and album cover that wasn't a stock photo of a band.
Pretty much the only band that stopped touring half way through when the band was still together.
They popularized the idea of a concept album...I know Petsounds did come out first.

Really, the affected music, and the music industry as a whole.

Just not a big fan of their music, its just a matter of what you like.

As an old school metal head I can listen to iconic albums from Black Sabbath or Iron Maiden any day and still fully enjoy them, but the mainstream public won't get it.

Now there is a band that takes cover art very seriously.

Really, the affected music, and the music industry as a whole.

Also had a huge influence on what would later become music videos.

And this is just a personal observation, but I think the Help! and Yellow Submarine movies were progenitors for Monty Python's style of silly deconstructionist humor.
