I dropped it like a rock, just to see what it'd be like without it. I haven't missed it at all.
It was meant to be one of those dumb pointless things to look up whenever I was bored. The fact I'm so unfazed by its absence still bugs me though.
Even worse, there were a lot of times I'd have a choice between video games or wrestling and wrestling would easily win. What does that say about video games?

In hindsight, the fun parts about following wrestling really were too few and far between.
Probably why it feels like more people naturally lose interest over time instead of drawing the line and actively trying to quit.

I haven't watched since the WWE/WCW merger.

I didn't actually catch the show live, more like I'd watch the highlights and read about what was happening.

Its so wild this is such a cultural thing in the US but it never crossed the ocean while your other cultural phenomena did conquer Europe. For most of us here wrestlers are actors, I didnt know Hulk Hogan was a wrestler until I was already a teenager, for kid me he was that funny guy from Mr. Nanny and that alien bounty hunter flick. Also Thunder in paradise.

I still look up news/results here or there. But I haven't watched a show in a while. This is more than I did for about a decade in the 2000s where there was a literal black hole of wrestling for me then. I didn't even know who Katie Vick was or Shaemus at a point in time.

Not sure why I haven't watched anything when I got into it again because there was a moment where I was watching Smackdown pretty often at least. I think it was a mix of depression and just not being in the mood for it that I fell out of the habit. Last thing I watched was probably a PLE earlier in the year.

I was watching Dynamite when it started but then I had to work a lot of Thursday mornings so I stopped with that too. I know less about AEW than WWE.

Wrestling hasn't been good since 2001-2002ish. The Rock vs. Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania 18 was probably the last time I even cared.

Stoped doing both. Picked games back up and have gone back to wrestling.

I quit fully watching WWE in 2003. Some time after the release of Smackdown: Here Comes the Pain.

I would still watch puroresu if I can, as I prefer their wrestling style. I had more Japanese wrestling games than American ones. Fire Pro is the best.
