If Microsoft actually does try to get out of the console game you might see them sell the console hardware side of Xbox to Apple. Apple has had an interest in the console market for a very long time. If they attached their "influencer" persona to Xbox as a brand because of the games, they might have been forced to forgo games on other platforms they would have liked, and now it was for nothing. But that's a dumb move unless they were getting something out of it like a sponsorship deal. If you got that, then you got paid for it so shut up. Consoles and companies don't deserve loyalty.
