Maybe. I drink one in the morning and maybe one in the afternoon, but I don't think they're mandatory for me to function. I like the taste. It goes good with breakfast. It both relaxes and stimulates me. Still, I don't feel the "need" to have it and going without it doesn't mess with me. Plus it's certainly better than drinking sodas.

Im 48 and have had about 5 cups of coffee my entire life. I dislike hot drinks. Yes I know you can get it iced but Im still not a fan. Just never got into coffee. Also I dont consume caffeine. Yes I know you can get decaffeinated but again I just dont care for coffee.

I used to drink it every single day because I wouldn't function without it.

Changed my diet and sleeping habits up a little because I know how bad it was for me.

I now only ever drink it in states of dire fatigue when work is miserably boring.

Eh, theres no real health benefits or deficits to drinking coffee I dont think. I, myself drink coffee every day and love it. Plus coffee shops rule and are fun to go to

Tea definitely does not make kidney stones. Neither does coffee though. It's soda. Soda creates kidney stones.

Yes. I never drank coffee because I liked it, I hate the taste of coffee. I would add enough granulated creamer until the taste was tolerable. After two bouts of kidney stones I said no more coffee, because I wasn't going to drink it without my french vanilla creamer to make it go down easier.

That and other healthier changes to my diet and I don't feel the need to have a daily intake of caffeine anymore anyway.

Wake up in the morning, grind my bean.

Lunch time, go to a private space away from my coworkers and grind my bean.

Get home and grind that wet bean until I can't swallow another drop.

Coffee can actually be good for you due to the antioxidants. But don't drink more than two cups a day. Otherwise, the caffeine starts negating any of its positive effects.
