If I were to try to cut out carbs, but still do this, it'd be skim milk and no sugar cereal and shit, which just seems awful, so I'd rather just not. I'm mostly "fasting" from whenever I eat dinner, around 6pm most nights, until nearly 11am-12pm, which works well enough, and saves me the trouble / money of that meal. --- "To be, or not to be - there is no such question. Like anything else in the world. americans need to have some more control over the amount of everything they consume. You can drink milk. Still do that today.
