He was vastly different in the comic, and in that one was meant to be the" Backup Homelander."

Translucents son was in Gen V.

As for the mystery of Black Noir, my guess is that its simply another hero with a comparable skill set that Vought hired to obfuscate the fact that Homelander killed the old Black Noir.

Am I the only one who is completely uninterested in the plot with Homelander's son? Like it was okay at first as basically an excuse for the supes and the Boys to clash, but that entire plotline does nothing for me.

Honestly every plotline besides Homelander seems almost sitcom-level to me. Main characters all have plot armor, it seems, we get that they are all messed up, we get that dude has dad issues, we get that. None of that is as interesting as the guy with unlimited power losing his mind.

Except The Deep. Hes good.

This is in reference to the kids of famous heroes in the Gen V series.

Compound V doesn't make you sterile. Homelander, being genetically manipulated, is different, and that is why Ryan is the way he is.

For other supe parents, they injected their kids when they were infants.

Yea. my interest level for The Boys dropped quite a lot. Same with Stranger Things, Only Murders in the Building, and other shows that only come out with eight episodes every two or three years.
