Corrik is the mislynch scum really needed yesterday, because they need so many that it would be w waste to not take the easy one and let him squirm away. Corrik was playing in a way that would have even had scum confused and maybe even thinking he was third party. So I don't think scum finds it a good idea to act like they expect him to flip town. Knightz had one of the most powerful Mafia roles I've ever seen and convinced people that we might be looking closer at role madness than anything.

For town flips, SBell's role seems very powerful upon reading it but it is 100% countered by Wallz role. And in fact, would probably lead to at least one mislynch if SBell revealed information that was obscured by Wallz power.

Mafia seems very, very strong based on these two roles!

Wallz' role could be used every night and completely destroyed SBell's. SBell had tons of risk of producing false positives every single night of the game.

It's worse. SBell could find out who "killed" someone days after the fact.

Wallz' role was so strong that SBell's role was unquestionably anti-town as far as balance goes.

It's kind of making me come around on Ben's claim because town needs... something.

well the counterbalance of that was that the cop could get scans off without someone being framed

The lawyer had a different take on it but isn't really any different than a standard lawyer
Vigilante with a side quest is weaker than just a normal vigilante
Doc/JK/Cop are standard

Not that it needed help but sbells role strengthens mzero claim even more.

Honestly I've been wondering something for a while now about this setup. SBell being inherently anti town and Ben claiming possible 3P has made me ponder even further.

I think scum is just a very strong 4/19 with Ben as a possible Indy. FFXIV for example had a very strong three man team with an Indy in 14.

MI is right, town seems too weak for this to be 5/19.

I kind of feel like town Ben would have neighborized me to try to get a feel for my alignment after having me in his POE consistently

I decided early on after Chang was obviously town (Because he told me about his role) that I wouldn't be using my power to try and target and interrogate scum. Instead i was going to try and keep my power a secret from scum and use it to neighbor roles like Taunter or Kirby's role to get information about who they targeted that normally they wouldn't be able to share if they died the same night. Thought that this could potentially come in clutch as the number of players dwindled down

so yeah I think logically it's best to let ulti/blade be? If Blade is scum (which I don't think anyway but), they can't kill Ulti. If Ulti is scum, they can't kill Blade and Ulti has to keep giving us scan results.

This is a pretty reasonable line of thought, mi. I can get behind that for today but i am paranoid of scum accelerating that timeline in some manner, such as with vote cancelations on ctes.

That was Bell's fault. I had the game 100% figured out, ironically because I just copied Corrik's logic.

I'm not bringing it up for fun. I'm bringing it up because it was a situation where jk stopped a kill and second guessed themselves because a scum claimed protection (in that game chris this game Blade). But I'm willing to lay off Blade right now due to the impasse loop as described earlier.

You did s complete 180 on red on day 3 and the only thing that happened in between was a red push started, and i made my vote and argument well after that push happened. I've explained why but you want to think of me as a good scum player instead of a lazy town player. And that's fine! Right, there was no other external stimuli that might have changed my behavior in this game from calm, relaxed Peaf to sarcastic peaf. Only Ulti exists. He is the sun. All mafia revolves around him.
