A couple weeks ago.

last night, played Weezer's Green album and then Green Day's Saviors.

Couple months ago, bought some CDs off discogs. Then I ripped them to 320k mp3 for more convenient listening. I can't even remember the last time I watched a DVD.

i like live music and CDs are a better format for official releases of complete shows than vinyl, so i still buy and listen to those.

i still buy physical copies of movies i enjoy, and sometimes the bluray isn't available, like with Kurosawa's Red Beard. the last DVD i played was probably Memento.

Re-watched LoTR remastered trilogy about 4 months ago.

DVD was probably something from the library a year or so ago.

CD, I have no fucking idea. It's probably been 20 years.

Watched a DVD yesterday. Last time I played a CD was probably a month ago.

Always have cds in my car and i watch dvds all the time

Listened to a CD last night. I always play music on my weekends. Days off are Monday and Tuesdays. I listen other nights as well but I never go without music on a weekend.

Seriously I have no idea.

I have only ever bought a few CD's in my life and I haven't bought one in decades. If I want to listen to music I just use Youtube.

I have a crapton of DVD's but no dedicated DVD player. I could use my Xbox or PC but I just can't be bothered.

Depends on what you mean by playing one. If you mean actually putting one into a dedicated player and watching it ages, and probably a few years ago for a Blu-Ray.

But if you count loading one into a Blu-Ray drive and ripping it to my media server, and playing a Blu-Ray on my computer long enough to note down the special features so I could identify the files and name them correctly, then I did that a couple days ago.

The internet is being screwy at home; wifi was down because one of the cables coming in is bad. Didn't feel like watching on phone so popped in an old DVD.

DVD, it's been a while. Blu-ray, yesterday. CD, it's been years.

I believe I actually remember the last time. It was late late 2021, I forgot my headphones at work so I couldn't listen to my music while I ran on the treadmill that evening at home. So I grabbed an old boombox type thing and put Metallica's Black Album in. Struggle Within is fucking great to run to lol

I haven't played a CD in I don't know how long. My last two car leases neither have had a CD player. I've still purchased CDs though so I can rip them for my Apple Music library. I like a lot of European artists who have incomplete libraries in the US, especially when it comes to B-sides so it was the only way to get them (even the seven seas sometimes fail for flac versions).

DVDs I also don't watch but I've ripped some of my old ones to get on my Plex server. It's stuff that never got a Blu-ray release or isn't/wasn't streaming like The Critic and old 80's cartoons like Captain N.

Had that happen to me a few weeks back. Went down on Friday afternoon right before I was done work and a tech couldn't come out until Monday. He had to run an entirely new line from outside. It was annoying to have no Internet all weekend but it was cool to see how it's accomplished. Didn't take very long to fix once he got here either.

When I didn't have Internet to stream. I popped in one of my dusty old DVDs into my XBOX360. That was a couple months ago.

Yesterday.

My mom and I are rewatching Last of the Summer Wine, and as far as I know, our DVD collection is the only way to watch the entire series in reasonable quality.

DVD was a few days ago when I watched the pilot of Battlestar Galactica.

CD, probably when I beat Centipede on PS1 a few years back. For music? Who knows.

CD - literally don't remember, well over a decade

I bought Tr's latest album on CD and listened to it in my car last week.
About a month ago I finally watched Valhalla Rising on Blu Ray after buying it over six years ago.

Over a decade ago

CDs every day.

DVD . . . whenever Detective Pikachu came out. I got a free copy.

Probably at least a couple of years.

Years.
