Care to share some thoughts, I feel like you and I have kind of been coasting on our roles more so than actually figuring out the game so we might as well chat and provide the game with more.

I ended up being far busier in these weeks than I'd hoped. I've got to run a few errands and then call my mom for about an hour at 3:30 EST, but I'll be fully here and present from 4:30 until the deadline at 6.

I'll write up something a little more formal then but I'm trending town on MI and ctes I think. I'm not sure we should put all that much faith in Ulti's scans though. Not because I distrust Ulti (I think he's town) but because Sbell's role was clearly a trap so it's likely that Ulti's is too, to some extent. We're better off solving by more or less ignoring scans altogether I think

Let my raise my own notes first, when it comes to interactions with Wallz
I think these all remain true.

Ctes: Wallz accused him of being scummoned. Seems odd to say about a scum mate, and Wallz really wanted Ctes to show up too.
That started a whole argument which does not feel like scum-scum to me. However Ctes loses some points due to unvoting Wallz very quickly after voting him.

MI: Disliked Wallz post about Sbell as well, tho he was late to the party.
MI also paired Wallz' votes with FD and promised to reread FD, but then later promised to reread Wallz again to say he likes him more than he thought.
He also thought Wallz was a diversion from scum, tho he became the next diversion ironically. Thats the best thing going for him really.

Ulti: I cant really see a scumpartner make the 'why didnt Wallz pursue me right away' attack. That said the two seemed awfully chummy later on despite that and Ulti voted MI at the end of the day as well.

IGCD: I really dont remember what he has going for him outside of maybe some things Knightz said.

Red: Has also contributed little

This is where I see the problem clearly. As far as I can tell Red has just not interacted with either of the scum significantly and MI is not much better, but at least above Red in that regard.

Then there are the cold 'what can this tell me?' considerations.
Flipping Red scum would help a lot. Flipping him town I dont know if that says as much.
Flipping MI town would also I think clear up a lot due to the 3way lynch. Him flipping scum maybe less.
So that feels about the same to me as well.

Hence me needing more data

I believe I said I found Red getting better at playing and MI sounded more fake today, considering his anger outbursts.
Currently rereading days 3 and 4 since I overlooked those too much.

But in the mean time enough about me Ctes, what do you think?

Minor thing, but I dont think Ulti and Red if only because it feels weird to me that 2 scum would both want to call me confirmed town

I mean it looks there haven't even been attempts on Blade/Ulti/Kirby so I'm kind if concerned about the "impasse loop" that supposedly exists. Could be a setup to just have town continue to mislynch each other. The night kills just make no sense on just trying to avoid protection/power hunt. Also I keep thinking about how Lopen disappeared exactly 24hrs after Blade input a kill command and is coasting off a doctor claim with a JK.

The only reason I feel I'm digging a rabbit hole on this thought process is that if both Blade and Kirby are scum then town has no protection and if that were the case scum would have to be 4 in 19. And I think it's extremely unlikely that scum has two possible roleblockers so I am putting Kirby in as our only confirmed town. Blade on the other is absolutely in my PoE and I tomorrow I plan to put his feet to the coals.

Well I believe I had made that clear multiple times today as well.

But the summary is that I don't think red has the day he had today if he knew about the redirect ahead of time. He stayed up lomg desparately hoping I could be around because he was curious and expected me to know about it.

A good case for MI being town was looking at the day 1 votes, but if Red is town then that looks like only town layers and thus it falls apart. I think MI is sticking to a pretty convoluted theory that has a lot of stretches to call me scum and him calling that the simplest answer seems off to me. He has had a bit of spark today but he is very firmly in the poe. He has the JK on n3 but it only means he wasn't the killer.

Actually maybe night 1 was an attempt on one of them but getting roleblocked and everything coming out has caused scum to panic.

i agree with this but was going to say this later. specifically the blade part, i think kirby is fine

not the kill command on lopen part though that's conspiracy theories

Also I feel like Kirby talk is cheap and needless because Kirby is definitely town.

Lopen could be doc, could be cop, cant be both but can be neither.
I think there is still some use to the impasse but it is diminishing in effectiveness.

Currently I'm pondering who can be scum if MI/Red are both town.

And the team either comes out extremely specific or it has to include someone in the Chang/FD/IGCD grouping.

Well yeah I thought I made that clear again as late as like 10 posts ago.

Ok my page suddenly broke while I was typing a response to that so I'll make it shorter.

Death most likely isn't scum with Ben or you. There's exactly one plausible scumteam in this scenario that doesn't include someone in that aforementioned group of 3.

Mathematically speaking the chances at least one is scum is high, but I don't have a strong reason to scumread either of them.

I will add though that the biggest problem I had with MI day 1 was being too passive, and the biggest problem I have with him today is his theories, while mostly starting off well, have gone off the rails into the completely unreasonable.

I'd actually argue that the second person who talked about that argument gets major scum EV for it. Scum generally wouldn't be the first to say it, but they'd quickly respond to the first town who did.
