National Guard has been delegated, by the President, to the Secretary of Defense and further delegated to the Secretary of the Army. The D.C. National Guard is the only National Guard unit, out of all of the 54 states and territories, which reports only to the President.

Notice that Pence isn't in that chain of command, but he was the one that acted hours after the insurrection started. He broke protocol to do it because no one else would.

Kind of so for example, I dont think those who were jailed for committing bank fraud should ever go back to the bank industry when they get out. For those who commit egregious violent crimes, I dont think they should ever be released. If its like marijuana possession or whatever, who the fuck cares.

Economic backgrounds I am also slightly, as in I dont think its a good idea to have someone of extreme poverty be good with hanging out with your average Joe.
