It's like their own monarchy reality tv. The royal family actually turns a profit for the country, has mostly symbolic power, and they get to have bonus holidays and weird ceremonies as part of it. They're like the Kardashians but with less money and power but a bit more dignity.

Artistic choice in line with Obama covered in leaves.

Maybe more world leaders can join in and well have enough to cover Gym Leader types.

Context aside I think it's a dope ass painting. But the butterfly seems intended to suggest serenity and peace which contrasts with the oranges used in the background which gives it the violent/rot feeling a lot of people are picking up on.

It looks like it was painted with bodily fluids and excretions by someone possessed by a demon...

For real though AI generator could have done a better job than this. I thought it was AI at first.

Why does it look like an Elden Ring area

Think all the good jokes were taken. Its not a good painting due to coloring, but the painter is skilled. Contrast is needed or you look like a Elden ring boss

Say what you will about AI art but at least it knows to make the background a different color.
