I am saying policing in those cities were local cops in which Biden has no authority over, therefore he did nothing.

Biden also said that he didn't approve of violence at the protests from anyone. But I believe your issue with that statement was that he didn't specifically call out the Pro -israel protestors in the case where they started the violence.

The tone clearly seem to be aimed at the people who were the targets and the funny thing is that he goes after protesters who were attacked, and Trump still uses that to attack him. So being hard on his base is not seeming to help him.

I dont like dismissing polls but I think the issue is that we have a lot of real election results since 2020 that totally contradicts a lot of polls and those results show Republicans are getting crushed with maga candidates and on Roe.

Also margins of error exist and ultimately its a turnout game too.

If 40% of people support something but are energized and mobilized they will beat an apathetic 45% who oppose it when 90% of the 40% show up and only 60% of the 45% whow up.

Also their are flaws and biases in many polls and many are "likely voters." If you do something to energize people outside that group the game changes...like overturning Roe V wade mobilizing young women against the GOP.

It took years for me to become aware of the fact that the whole rally was quite literally organized by supremacists and that, if anyone was there just because they cared about the preservation of history, they werent the organizers or the primary audience. Instead I saw and heard memes about the event that continued to imply the supremacists were just a portion of those present. There is a massive contextual difference between Trump saying very fine people on both sides when one side is wholly designed for supremacists.

Im aware of it now, and inform others who arent, but thats an important distinction that didnt (and still doesnt) seem to be made clear enough.

Texas for example is slowly creeping towards being a purple state. If everyone thinks that way it will never happen.
