FF7 is a bit hard to get into though because it's the games graphics and those have certainly aged. It's an official dub, but it's so unhinged, it might as well be an abridged version. The company that did the dub was told that they can do whatever they wanted, so long as they didn't change the character names (including the ghosts); didn't change the way the ghosts are slain (a reference to Japanese folklore) and, didn't change the core meaning of each episode. In reality basically everyone that watched DBZA already watched DBZ. Maybe if Toei wasn't lazy they'd make a proper remake like Rurouni Kenshin or the other dozen series that got revived prior.
