275 down from 285 two weeks ago. It's a slow process and I have a family wedding to attend next week so I imagine I'll be back up to 282 by the end of it. But I'll get back down to 270ish in no time.

193 last I checked. I'm comfortable at 187, I've just been eating like shit since May though. I can get back to 183 fast when I try.

Edit: I weigh myself at work so I was wearing everything including a few lbs of boots.

5'10, nearly 40 years old, so its years of lack of caring. Best way to describe how I look is Sig Curtis from FMA without the beard. Obviously I'm not muscular like him, but that's my general body structure. Big chest, and a gut I'm trying to get rid of.

43 years old, 5'10" and currently 117 lbs. I've been fluctuating between 115-118 for the last few months.
My heaviest was 125 lbs when I was 18-19 years old. My lightest was 104 lbs in 2019.
I have an extremely high metabolism and probably an undiagnosed hyper thyroid or something (I haven't been to the doctor in 25+ years). I can eat anywhere from 1600-2500 kcal per day and it barely effects my weight at all. I do exercise daily, eat fairly healthy, and only drink water.

Got up to 217 last year but made an effort to lose weight then. Got as low as 183 earlier this year but was going through some relationship shit. When things got happier I got back up in this 190-200 range and havent been able to shake the extra 5-10 back off just yet.

It fluctuates but its around 210. Its good weight though, for the most part.

Im not as active as I used to be but I still box 5 times per week which helps a lot.

like right now i'm 187, but its summer so i move around a lot more and dont rly like drinking a ton of alcohol (usually smoke weed during summer, its legal where i live). by january i bet i'll be around 200 cus i drink more during winter.

I used to be 192 pounds during my hockey/football days, but I went through some severe depression around 2017 and stopped eating for long periods of time. Been a constant struggle at the gym to start gaining again. Miss team sport workout routines, that always kept me in check.

188 this morning which is roughly my high school weight. I've got down from the low 200s this year and have kept it off. Slowly trying to make the push to get down into the low 180s again which is the lowest I've been as a teen or adult

I have to put in actual effort to gain weight, the last time I had a noticable bump was when I was gifted 2 gallons of italian ice for my birthday and I went to town on those bitches every day for just over a month. Even then I only gained like 5-8 pounds and then lost it right after I ran out.

I inherited my father's godlike metabolism and I mostly drink water with the occasional soda, and I've never paid attention to trying to eat healthy. By all rights with how sedentary my life style is I should be way weightier than I am. I've always been a stick, lol.

This was me until I turned 20 and my metabolism fell off a cliff. Basically lived on Reeses Cups, Little Debbie, chips, Mountain Dew, burgers, pizza, and southern cooking, and I never gained an ounce. Then all of a sudden I was in grad school and fat. It really snuck up on me.

I try but it's so hard for me to gain weight. When I went up from 150 to 190 I literally was eating 6 giant meals a day for about 6 months. I haven't found the willpower yet to do that again.

155-165 pound range at 6'

I'm very active and it's definitely hard to eat enough to consistently gain weight. Ideally I'd get to 175 but at least I'm lean and defined af tho

My TDEE calculation is 2900+ calories and I just don't get over that consistently while eating as clean as I want. My body just likes to maintain its weight, and has for decades now
