He pushed away people outside the die hard MAGA's and has increased voter turnout for the democrats. It has been pretty obvious he is going to lose by an even bigger margin than he did to Biden. Whether Trump is doing this in his own or learned from Hitler, it sure looks like Trump has the support if the working class. Some of the most horrible things in history has been from tyrants who have turned the common men of his country into a mob that only seeks hate. Pol Pot destroyed Cambodia because the common man's hate for the city elite unleashed the Killing Fields and broke the nation so bad they never really recovered....Stalin did stuff like that in Russia...and there have been others to. I'm afraid Trump's on the verge of doing that...because it could very well destroy the country and yet many will just laugh madly as it burns because" They got back at those who looked down on them." and will gladly live in hell as long as there is a group they can always be free to brutalize.
