Tim Walz is a competent and qualified politician who:

-Has no major ties to business interests
-Lives like a middle-class person so he understand the challenges of the typical working family
-Has a demonstrated track record of doing as much as he can to improve the quality of life of the average person

So, in a shitty country like America, it's only natural that he doesn't win an election and gets nowhere near the White House.

More expensive eggs at that.

We almost had Walz as VP but now we have Trump as Musk's VP.

Walz *should* be POTUS. He's exactly the type of person we need in politics, which is why there's no way he would have won a primary.

EDIT: Also the topic title isn't technically correct...this isn't just a win for Walz and his voter base. It's a win for Walz's entire state. The Republicans in MN don't realize it, but he is saving them a ton of money.

Would the insurance companies losing out on that money raise co-pays in other states to compensate? Get more blue states to follow suit, and cost people money in red states?

Or would the companies pull out of Minnesota, like a lot of home insurance companies are leaving Florida?

Only if the establishment Dems didn't sabotage him (they would) for trying to break away from the status quo (he would).
