Still waiting for literally anyone that pushes the "A need to earn votes" line to say anything like "B's actions earned my opposition". I've never once seen any of that group say that the republicans have gotten so bad that they should be opposed on principal by everyone who isn't a republican. It's always "dems didn't do enough" and never "republicans have done too much".

I've always voted for harm reduction. There's only been two politicians that I felt represented my interests.

That was the calculus of her campaign. That she'd lose more by going to the left and breaking with Biden, that we'd all come around eventually.
