Its funny how most of these super anti-biden/kamala people are completely absent from the topic about Trump cancelling sanctions on Israeli settlers in the west bank.

Yall have so much energy in here, why are you blatantly ignoring that one specific topic

You know exactly why, they'll never admit it though.

I do blame the voters. Truly. Who Trump is and what he was going to do have never been a secret. They had all he information required and elected a monster to be President. Even after watching his disastrous first term.

I will always blame the electorate. It is their fault.

Which I will also stand by the opinion that if you're legally and physically able to vote and don't, then you're essentially saying that you're fine with either side winning. Tough nuggets if a worse candidate wins for you when you didn't do the bare minimum to try to prevent that.

If Harris had won, it would have sent a message to the Republican party that the country is done with the Trumpist bullshit. Trump would have slunk back to Maralago, to face his criminal charges and live the rest of his life grifting his cult with Trump coffee mugs or whatever.

And we could have gone back to pushing for more progressive policies and politicians.

As things stand, we're going to spend the next 4 years trying to survive an increasingly hostile fascistv regime, dealing with an emboldened Trumpist party, and watching the Democrats move further and further right to try to win the "centrist" vote.

Kamala got the second most ever for a Democrat so really the question is why once in a lifetime voters didnt come out again. Simplest reason is pandemic/mail in made voting in. 2020 the easiest it ever was. Nothing else. People came out in droves for Kamala. Trump got bigger droves of stupid evil people.

Still waiting for literally anyone that pushes the "A need to earn votes" line to say anything like "B's actions earned my opposition". I've never once seen any of that group say that the republicans have gotten so bad that they should be opposed on principal by everyone who isn't a republican. It's always "dems didn't do enough" and never "republicans have done too much".

I always have trouble properly phrasing what I'm getting at here so if that didn't get through try this one instead.

"You know a man by what he choses to fight against just as much as what he chooses to fight for."

I've always voted for harm reduction. There's only been two politicians that I felt represented my interests.

I didn't vote "for" Kamala Harris. I selected Kamala to be my enemy for the next eight years.

You're trying to put in a value judgment where there isn't one.

I was responding to the comical idea that a Harris win would've sent republicans running with their tails between their legs as the democrats miracolously gave progressive and leftist voices a platform.

If your takeaway from that was an assumption about my personal opinion, that's on you.

like i said, one of the more prominent leftist posters here Kain, fully believes protesting against trump is useless, but didnt feel that way about kamala.

leftists are objectively not why Kamala lost though. Trump gained support in most demographics, and had solid muslim support as well. Being too center wouldnt make people flip from Biden to Trump

Why are you so convinced Kamala leaning further left wouldve actually helped when trump was campaigning on far right oligarchy government?
