...Marry Me Chicken!

Not pictured, slightly overdone gnocchi that actually brought the whole thing together. Best version I've made so far.

Here's the recipe if you want to try it. I ended up using about 1.5 cups of heavy cream, 1.25 cup of DOP parmeseano reggiano cheese, and about 3/4 cup of wine.

Ok, I followed the recipe and now I have salmonella

chicken was seasoned, oil heated, and that was the end of instruction

When did you add the gnocchi?

Brown the chicken then remove from pan
Add onions and cook till translucent
Next add garlic and cook till fragrant
Then add sun dried tomatoes
Now add in white wine and deglaze the pan by scraping up all the bits
Now add chicken stock and mustard and stir to combine
Bring to a boil then add in heavy cream and basil
Now add in chicken and cook for 5 - 7 minutes
Now reduce heat to a simmer then add in spinach
Cook for another 2 minutes then add in cheese
Take it off the heat for a few minutes then serve and slap TC's momma.

mmm wish I could have some real cooking like this. I'm over here enjoying a tasty chilli cheese fry from wendy's =_=

When did you add the gnocchi?

Very end. Put it at the bottom of our bowls, then added the above on top of it, mixed it. The fluffy little pillows went along with everything splendidly.

Highly recommend it. Just try to buy it cheaply, this one can get a tad pricey, especially if fresh basil is expensive in your area.
